We specialise in the safe removal and disposal of asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) from commercial and industrial roofs — including asbestos cement sheets, corrugated asbestos panels and asbestos insulation board — in full compliance with HSE regulations and the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012.
Asbestos is still present in a significant number of commercial and industrial buildings constructed before the year 2000. If disturbed or deteriorating, asbestos-containing roof materials pose serious health risks to building occupants and workers. Our experienced team conducts all removal works under strict containment procedures, with full personal protective equipment and air monitoring throughout.
We manage the complete process from initial survey, through to removal, licensed waste disposal, air clearance testing and full certification. We can also follow on directly with replacement roofing — installing new metal, single ply or composite systems immediately after clearance, giving you a single contractor for the entire project.
