We coordinate directly with your estates or facilities team to plan works around term dates, exam periods and site events. All operatives working on or near school sites hold enhanced DBS clearance where required. Our site management documentation — including RAMS, method statements and insurance certificates — is provided in advance of every project. We carry £10 million public liability insurance as standard.

We don't just turn up and start work. We agree access routes, hoisting positions, material storage areas and working hours before a single operative sets foot on site.
