This project involved carefully stripping the aging single-ply roof at a private residence in Chelmsford and replacing it with a premium natural slate system built for longevity and performance. Once the original membrane was removed, we installed a high-quality breathable underlay to ensure proper ventilation, moisture control, and long-term structural protection before fitting the new slates.

Working on an occupied residential property required precise planning, clean execution, and close coordination with the homeowner to minimise disruption throughout the installation.
