How We Revitalised Campus Living
At the De Havilland Campus, University of Hertfordshire, we successfully completed a large-scale project involving the replacement of 3,500 sq/m of single ply flat roofs across all student accommodation buildings. Utilizing high-performance Sika-Trocal roofing membranes, we ensured exceptional waterproofing and durability for the new roofs. The project was meticulously executed over a two-year period, adhering to strict timelines and maintaining minimal disruption to campus life. This comprehensive upgrade not only enhanced the weather resistance and longevity of the roofs but also provided a clean and professional finish befitting the university’s modern infrastructure.
